Nymbl is an app-based digital health program that utilizes science-backed dual-tasking and cognitive behavior training via education topics to improve balance and mobility. 90% of Nymbl members have maintained or increased their engagement with activities they love since using Nymbl!
Contact your insurance provider to see if Nymbl balance training is available in your health plan at no cost to you! Additionally, all Greater Denver Area, Colorado residents (ages 60+) and New Zealand residents (ages 50+) are eligible.
